Building 980 - Base Theater Renovation
Little Rock Air Force Base

This building is a 1958 vintage movie theater that has roof damage and a non-functioning HVAC system.  The renovation includes a new chiller, boiler and air handling units, new DDC controls, new lighting (including theater lighting).  This building will be used for motion picture viewing, conferences and presentations.  Electrical upgrades will include a new service and upgrades to the distribution panels.  This is one of 19 projects we are currently involved with at the base.

Building 1036 - Renovations to DV Suites
Little Rock Air Force Base

Due to a malfunction in the HVAC system installed in the early 1980s the Base Contracting Squadron made the decision to upgrade and replace the HVAC system as well as upgrade the Distinguished Visitors Suites.  Those upgrades include new chiller, hydronic piping, fan coil units, wireless controls, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures.

This Project is complete

Building 748 Renovations - Marine Corps Dormitory Renovations
Little Rock Air Force Base

This project consists of a compete demolition and reconstruction of all bathrooms and a partial demolition and reconstruction of all dormitory rooms.  In addition there are upgrades to the fresh air system and upgrades to common area lighting systems.

Building 986 Renovations - MEP Upgrades to the Dormitory Warehouse
Little Rock Air Force Base

This project consists of complete HVAC, natural gas piping, lighting and electrical replacement for an existing warehouse used to store dormitory fixtures and furnishings.

Building 282 Renovations - Lighting and Power Upgrades
Little Rock Air Force Base

This project consists of lighting and power upgrades to an existing hanger used to paint aircraft and aircraft parts.  Lighting and power systems were upgraded to Class 1, Division 1.

Boiler Replacements - 9 Buildings
Little Rock Air Force Base

This project consists of the replacement of boilers, piping systems and pumps in nine buildings with various functions.  Upgrades to the electrical system and the controls system were also included in this project.

Building 264 Addition and Renovations - Office Building

This project consists of a 2,000 square foot addition to an existing office Building including new HVAC, upgraded electrical service and new lighting.

This project consist of a complete renovation to the existing base pool house and an entry addition.  Building including new plumbing,  HVAC, upgraded electrical service and new lighting.

This project consist of a complete renovation to the existing two story billeting building.  Building including new plumbing,  HVAC, upgraded electrical service and new lighting.

This project consist of a complete renovation and conversion from a base theater to a temporary company command post.  Building including new plumbing,  HVAC, upgraded electrical service and new lighting.

Building 2058 Equipment Installation - Recycling Center

This project consist of a the installation of a new waste bailer intended for cardboard, plastic and metal.

This project consists of a complete electrical metering and data gathering system for every building on the base.  This project will be implemented over five years with phase one including approximately 20% of the buildings.
